  • How do I quickly find the product that I want?
    The Items are classified under various categories and subcategories which makes easy to find an item. Feel free to use the coloured menu to select the right category and under that, the right subcategory, to view the products in it. Search feature, is a very good option. You can search items by part of the item name, make or any other specification that you might have. Please checkout the next Question which will give you an idea about maintaininga Quicklist which will make your shopping much more simpler.

  • Can I maintain my own item list? What is a Quiclist?
    Quicklist is a a feature provided in Sanmantra.com. You can select your items using checkbox provided for each item and use the Quicklist icon to add items to your quicklist while browsing. We have an interesting feature by default. Whenever you checkout items off your shopping cart, we will automatically verify its presence in your existing items in your Quicklist and add it if not present. QuickList will save your ordering time in a big way. Please note that you can delete or add items at your will from/to your quicklist, when you find the specific product. Go To Questions
  • How do I request product demo of items that I want to personally see?
    Browse for the items that you want you see or have a review. Select the item and use ProductDemo icon. Your representative will bring the items that you selected, and explain it to you in person.(Currently this feature is not enabled). Go To Questions

  • What if I do not logout?
    If you do not logout and your session expires after a period of time, the status of the items in your shopping cart will not change.You will be able to still checkout the items or modify the items in your cart on any later time. This is what we call, persistent. Go To Questions
  • Should I save my items in shopping cart or checkout before Logout?
    There is nothing like saving items in shopping cart. You do not have to checkout before you logout as indicated in the previous question.

  • Where do I look for specific help on a page?
    Each page has the help icon. It will provide help on features, available on that page. Go To Questions
  • How do I keep records of my purchases and payments ?
    We keep track of all your purchases and payments and also let you access them through features called 'Purchase History' and 'Payment History'. Purchase history will basically enlist the purchases(checkout dates) and the amount. You can select a particular purchase date and see its contents. Payment history will also enlist the payments done over the past.

  • What do you mean by persistent shopping cart?
    You do not have to empty items in shopping cart or checkout before logging out. Items in your shopping cart will not disappear if your session expires. We call it 'presistent'. Go To Questions
  • How far do you deliver for free?
    We intend to serve all our customers with free delivery option. However, we do reserve the right to deny service to any location which may affect our business and also might not serve the interest of quickness and easiness of purchase from the customers perspective. As we all are aware of the fuel costs, we do have to take some steps eventhough we give utmost respect to customers and accept to serve most of the locations in chennai.

  • Why should I register?
    Registration gives us the correct information about you and also you could avail the best of the features such as shopping cart, quicklist, purchase history, purchase history and many other things that we offer our registered customers.   • Can I start buying immediately after registration?
    You are eligible to order immediately after you register. However, we do have a very simple and quick verification procedure which we perform in order to confirm the authenticity of the information provided by you and also decide, if we can deliver to your address. Go To Questions

  • How soon will I get my products delivered?
    We are well known for our quick delivery. Usually we take couple of hours to deliver in selected pincodes. We have the record of delivering in minutes to certain companies. Based on the inventory level, order level and few other parameters, we may take more time in some occasions. In those cases, we certainly will let you know and work out your immediate requirements which might affect your business. We do not make false promises.

  • How much do you charge for delivery. Is it free at all times?
    Its certainly free to all deliverable pincodes as of now. We will try to maintain it in future as well and try to deliver free to nook and corner of chennai.
